Quanzhou'S Footwear Industry Ranks Among The Top 100 In The Country

Recently, the Institute of industrial economics of the Chinese Academy of social sciences has launched the "China's 100 best industrial clusters". The two major industrial clusters of Jinjiang leisure sports shoes and Shishi Chinese leisure sportswear have broken into the top 100 industries.

At present, the footwear industry in Jinjiang has more than 2300 enterprises. In 2006, the output value of above scale products was 21 billion 261 million yuan, and sports and tourism shoes accounted for 40% of the total output of tourism and sports shoes, accounting for 20% of the world's total output.

Shishi clothing is the birthplace and distribution center of "Min faction" clothing. The city already has more than 4000 clothing and supporting industries, with nearly more than 10 thousand registered trademarks of clothing, and its annual output value is more than ten billion yuan.
