Footwear Retail Sales In Latvia Increased By 47.7% In August

In September 28th, the retail sales in Latvia increased by 24.8%, compared with the same period last year.

Compared with July, retail sales increased by 1.3%.

The fastest growth of retail sales is furniture, lamps and lanterns, household appliances, household appliances, radios, televisions, building materials, paint and glass products, an increase of 54.4%. Textiles, clothing, shoes and leather products increased by 47.7%, and pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and toiletries increased by 26.6%.

Sales of exclusive stores increased by 22.6%, and sales of second-hand goods stores increased by 22.3%.

Sales of grocery stores based on food, beverage and cigarettes increased by 12.1%, while sales of grocery stores, which were mainly non food products, increased by 6.4%.

Retail sales of open stalls increased by 4.5%, and sales of food and beverage retail outlets increased by 3.3%.

Sales of automobiles, motorcycles and spare parts increased by 33.6% over the same period last year.

In fact, the car increased by 43.9%.

Vehicle oil sales increased by 7.4%.

The catering industry grew by 4% over the same period last year.
