The board of directors of the company received the written resignation of Mr. Li Yao, chairman of the board today. For personal reasons, Mr. Li Yao applied to resign as chairman of the ninth board of directors of the company and chairman of the board of directors of the board of directors. The resignation report takes effect from the date of serving the board of directors of the company. After resigning from the chairmen of the chairman and board of directors of the board of directors, Mr. Li Yao will continue to serve as the board of directors of the company and the board of directors, the remuneration and assessment committee, and the members of the board of auditors.

Up to now, Mr. Li Yao and his subsidiaries have not held shares in the company.
