"HCP2025 Intelligent Combined Roving Machine" Project Is Identified Through Scientific And Technological Achievements.

In August 13, 2019, entrusted by the China Textile Industry Federation, the China Textile Machinery Association organized a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting of "HCP2025 intelligent combined roving machine" jointly developed by Seth Universal Machinery (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. and Xuzhou Tianhong times Textile Co., Ltd. in Suining, Xuzhou. The appraisal committee is composed of 7 experts from the China Cotton Textile Industry Association Zhu Bei Na and Professor Gao Weidong of Jiangnan University.

HCP2025 intelligent combined roving frame

The main innovations are:

(1) the roving force is set up in a two-way transmission system. The two sides can independently spin different roving varieties, and can increase the number of roving ingot to 480 spindles, which can meet the requirements of matching the roving machine with automatic roving, and can also meet the market demand of large scale, small batch and multiple varieties.

(2) using full servo drive to realize electronic drafting, winding is established by establishing the mathematical model of roving tension and motor torque, optimizing the design of multistage running curve of spinning and acceleration and deceleration, realizing the ideal forming of constant tension spinning and roving, and improving the quality of spinning.

(3) create remote operation and maintenance platform data model, realize remote fault diagnosis, remote program download and modification, remote operation state monitoring, operation data transmission and other functions, improve the overall intelligence level of equipment.

The project has independent intellectual property rights. It has authorized 3 invention patents, 14 utility models, 3 software copyrights, 3 applications for international invention patents, and 1 PCT patents. The product has been operated continuously by many users. The system is stable, reliable and adaptable, and achieves good economic benefits.

The Accreditation Committee agreed that the results were significant in terms of independent innovation, and the overall technology reached the international advanced level and agreed to be identified through scientific and technological achievements.
