Suning.com held the 2019 air conditioning industry development summit and white paper Conference on the theme of "new potential new scenario" in Nanjing. It announced the key layout plan of Suning integrated appliances and the plan of "air conditioning to the countryside and twenty billion strategies".

 Suning will build a shared store in a city and launch the strategy of twenty billion air conditioning to the countryside.

  

Each city set up a Suning private home sharing shop.

At the press conference, Wang Zhenwei, President of Suning central integrated company, disclosed the key layout plan of Suning integrated appliances in 2019. Under the line, "sunning store" and "retail cloud" will be shared by "one city, one shop", sharing the home, the central integrated Museum and the deep ploughing community, forming a three terminal terminal.

Among them, the business of integrated household appliances mainly includes five systems: central air conditioning, central heating, fresh air system, whole house water purification and central hot water.

On the day of the conference, Wang Zhenwei officially announced that Suning would set up a super private sharing store in every city, integrating home decoration, central integrated system and smart home system to solve the one-stop decoration purchase for users.

And provide professional consultation, design, procurement, construction, supervision and after-sale service of the overall program, for high-end users to provide personalized, customized series of home decoration solution.

The super shared store will be open to real estate, home decoration, home furnishing, designers association and other industrial chain members. It will become a shared place for users to interact directly with users.

At present, Suning has collaborated with the 100 real estate giants in various fields.

The home cooperation partners include the company of the United States, the home of the company, the sixth space and so on, and the decoration companies cover over twenty green houses, Dening, Shenyuan and so on.

The super shared store will build a central integrated hall with the city business circle as the core, and the sunning store and retail cloud in the deep ploughing community. It will form a three terminal matrix of the channel, covering the whole offline market, so as to promote Suning integrated appliances to take the fast lane.

It is reported that the first super store will be settled in Xinjiekou, Nanjing in the first half of 2019.

  

Twenty billion strategy

Meanwhile, at the conference site, Suning introduced the plan of "air conditioning to the countryside and twenty billion strategies".

It is understood that there are four aspects of pain in the rural market, namely, channels, products, prices and services.

Among them, distributors are scattered and not standardized. On the products, the quality is not good, the brand models are not complete, and the price increases, there is no advantage at all levels.

Specifically, Suning's "air conditioning to the countryside billion strategy" plan is divided into four steps, namely, 1 billion investment opening shop, 2 billion grant price subsidy, 4 million sets of rural product customization and 20 billion sales.

In terms of 1 billion investment and opening shops, Suning indicated that it had opened 4600 stores and opened 700 stores in 2019, while Suning also intensified its efforts in logistics, services and publicity, and decided to brush its walls across the 180 thousand administrative villages throughout the country.

On the 2 billion allowance, Suning will also take measures such as subsidized rural areas.

It is understood that in January 30th, Beijing's subsidy policy fell to the ground with a high subsidy of 800 yuan per piece.

In addition, Suning also announced 4 million sets of customized plans for rural products, which will customize products for the characteristics of large rural housing, high storey and lack of sealing. It has been confirmed that 23 items of C2M custom made products are expected to sell 10-50 sets per single product.

Suning also set a target of 20 billion sales.
