In the process of settlement, banks must strictly implement the provisions of the bank settlement method, handle the settlement documents in a timely manner, do not delay or backlog the settlement vouchers, do not misappropriate or intercept the settlement funds of customers and their banks, and refuse to accept the normal business of customers and his banks.
