New Regulations On Travel Expenses Implemented By Central And Local Governments

Staff of central and state organs go to the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and cities under separate state plan to travel on duty and execute the standard of travel accommodation fees formulated by the local financial departments.

Local, state, city (county) standard of lodging fees should be temporarily implemented according to the standard of accommodation in provincial capital cities.

It is understood that under the unified requirements of the Ministry of finance, the new regulations on travel expenses in central and various regions have been launched.

At present, the provincial financial departments have refined the standard of travel accommodation to prefecture level cities or counties (cities) and regions, and basically set up a scientific and standard standard system for travel accommodation in the whole country.

The new regulations of Jilin include the implementation of the local travel expenses in the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, cities under separate planning and the districts under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of finance.

According to the economic development status, price level (hotel market price) and the seasonal hot spots of scenic spots in every province (prefecture) and county (city or district), three kinds of standards are classified in the province's business trip.

The travelling personnel should choose their own hotel accommodation according to the corresponding standard of lodging of the rank (no room type).

The staff will go to other provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and cities under separate state plan to travel on a business trip, execute the standard of travel expenses for local financial departments, and the standard of accommodation fees for local, state and city (county) counties can be temporarily implemented according to the standard of accommodation in the provincial capital before they are promulgated.

Jiangxi has adjusted the staff of the provincial authorities to travel outside the province.
