Hermes NexTec is a subsidiary of Hermes, a German logistics group, which mainly provides electronic shoe tracking services in the global fashion industry.

Recently, Hermes NexTec has created independent online stores for two traditional cowboy brands in Lee and Wrangler respectively in Europe.
