The standardization organization has officially released the testing standard for antiviral textiles, which stipulates the testing methods of antiviral properties of textiles such as woven, knitted fabrics, fibers and yarns.

The release of this standard marks the new progress in the research and development of functional textiles detection technology and evaluation system, and functional textiles have entered a new era of anti-virus.

It is understood that functional textiles mainly include comfort functional textiles, health care functional textiles, protective functional textiles and so on.

Among them, health care functional textiles are subdivided into antibacterial textiles, far infrared radiation, negative ions and other functional textiles. Antiviral function is the latest development trend of this kind of textiles.

Our country

although

It is a large exporter of textiles, but the technical content of textiles exported is not high, and the added value is low, especially the export proportion of functional textiles is lower.

The launch of the "anti virus textile testing standard" has provided technical guidance for Chinese export enterprises in product R & D design, and on the other hand, it has formed technical barriers to export products.

Relevant experts call on domestic textile research and development units and production enterprises to grasp the trend of international textile development in a timely manner, devote great efforts to research and develop high value-added textile products, and guide product design and production in strict accordance with the latest requirements, and strive to make China's export textiles occupy the international high-end market.

List of charges related to enterprises must be dried up before the end of the year.

The State Council

Requirements, before the end of the year, the national and provincial list of enterprises charging directory should be publicized externally and form a normalization publicity mechanism.

At present, more than 2/3 of provincial governments have introduced the "implementation plan", and some local governments have begun to publish projects related to enterprise charges.

In June this year, the general office of the State Council issued the notice on Further Strengthening the management of enterprises' charge management to lighten the burden of enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the notice of the State Office). The core and highlight of the notice is to establish and implement a list system for charging enterprises related charges.

In mid September, the Ministry of Finance and the national development and Reform Commission issued the notice on further improving the open system of catalogue of administrative and charging items.

The notice clearly states that the fees approved by the central government are compiled by the Ministry of Finance jointly with the national development and Reform Commission, and that the charge items approved by the people's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government and their financial and price departments shall be compiled by the provincial finance departments and the competent price departments.

The catalogue of local fees should include fees charged by the central authorities for the establishment of the local administrative region.

The Ministry of industry and information technology is also building an information platform for enterprise burden investigation and improving the reporting channels for enterprises.

It is understood that the Ministry of industry and Commerce will jointly organize the special inspection of the inter ministerial joint meeting of the State Council with the State Council to reduce the burden of enterprises, and take the charges related to enterprises as an important part of the enterprise burden investigation and evaluation work, and entrust the third party research institutions to evaluate the implementation of the policy, and select the machine to make public announcement.

In addition to the three major ministries, local governments are also scrambling for the implementation of the Central Committee on the implementation of the list management of enterprises related charges.

Across the country, over the 2/3 provincial governments have introduced their own implementation plan for charging enterprises.

All of these plans emphasize the management of directory fees and charges for business related services, government funds and the implementation of government pricing or guidance prices.

All pre service items of administrative examination and approval without laws and regulations shall be cancelled.

The inventory list will be released to the public in real time through government websites and public media, and will be subject to social supervision.
