In recent years, the China Textile Enterprise Association has used the secretariat of the Industrial Cluster Working Committee set up by the China Textile Industry Federation in the association to carry out a lot of guidance and cultivation work, such as striving for policies conducive to industrial development from relevant national departments, preparing the Report on the Development of China's Textile Industry Cluster, etc.
Sun Ruizhe said that the textile industry is dominated by small and medium-sized enterprises. Many small and medium-sized enterprises gather in clusters. How to strengthen the management of small and medium-sized enterprises and help them develop healthily is an important issue for the textile industry to solve first. Over the years, China Textile Enterprise Association has also made useful explorations in this regard, such as building a public service platform for SMEs to help them develop healthily.

In response to this development and change, the China Textile Industry Federation set up an industrial transfer office in July 2011, and the China Textile Enterprise Association is responsible for the daily work of the office. At present, the Industrial Transfer Office has established industrial transfer pilot links with 20 textile industrial parks in 10 provinces, cities and autonomous regions.

Sun Ruizhe stressed that in the future, China Textile Enterprise Association will rely on the industry backbone enterprise group, take the construction of block clusters and scientific undertaking of industrial transfer as the starting point, and drive the improvement of the regional economy and the overall level of the textile industry.
