The project managers will participate in the daily production and operation activities of the factory, and instruct the managers how to solve problems, improve the level of decision-making, and enhance their ability in human resource management, communication and quality management.

Less than two years ago, the implementation of the project in Bangladesh by P Impactt showed that in general, the production efficiency of the factory was increased by 18.3% and the efficiency of cutting was increased by 1.14% before and after the project implementation.

This means that clothing factories can produce more clothing with equal amount of material, and garment workers can get more rewards.

On the other hand, the absenteeism rate of workers has decreased by 33.7% on average.

This data shows that the work enthusiasm of garment workers is higher.

At the same time, the number of workers applying for resign each month has also fallen by half as much as before the project started.

From the perspective of workers' salaries, two factories, for example, have a monthly salary increase of 6.3 US dollars and a 11.9% increase in hourly wage after the implementation of the project.

The percentage of workers who worked for more than 60 hours per week decreased by 43.5%, and the quality of life of workers improved significantly due to the decrease in working hours.
