Can'T You Return Your Shoes?

Yi Er Kang

I am a consumer in Keqiao County of Shaoxing, surnamed Yang.

In July 9th, I bought a pair of special sandals at the Yi Kang shoes store in Keqiao at a price of 150 yuan.

But after wearing it for only three days, I noticed a fading phenomenon on the vamp.

I asked for a refund, but the shop assistant disagreed, and said that the fading of shoes was a normal phenomenon.

I don't think I can return the goods if I fail to return them.

But now these shoes are on sale again, as long as 119 yuan.

The manager only agreed to change a pair of shoes with a price of 119 yuan for me, which I find it difficult to accept.

After some coordination, the manager finally agreed to change a pair of shoes priced at 150 yuan for me.

Finally, I saw a pair of men's sandals priced at 159 yuan, the same price.

I plan to change it in a few days and make up the difference of 9 yuan.

When I got home, I called the manufacturer to find out the difference between the special price product and the positive price product.

As a result, the manufacturer told me that the special price product is a product with certain quality problems, which is not refunded without replacement. Customers can only enjoy the right of free maintenance for life.

But when I bought this pair of shoes, no one told me that the special shoes had quality problems.

I think since the special shoes have quality problems, why sell them to customers?

Tang Mei survey: after receiving Miss Yang's call, Miss Tang first contacted Ms. Li, the shopkeeper.

According to her, the bargain products were not guaranteed to be sold out, but in order to meet Ms. Yang's replacement requirements, she had been coordinating with the manufacturers several times before making an exception for Ms. Yang.

So what's the difference between a bargain product and a positive price product?

Does the manufacturer really have to bear responsibility for the refund of special products?

On these issues, Tang Mei consulted ho Po Kun, a lawyer at Zhongsheng law office in Zhejiang.

He explains that the range of specials is very wide. It may be because the products are defective and special products are sold, or the products will soon expire or the products will be broken and the prices will be special.

Defective products can be sold in the market after the manufacturer agrees. As to whether the manufacturer has the responsibility to refund or replace the products, the key lies in whether the salesperson has any quality problems before buying the product. If there is no explanation in advance, the responsibility is in the business.

After the soup sister coordination, the shoe store finally promised to meet Miss Yang's return request.
