From the eastern coastal area to the Midwest, our region has seized the opportunity to develop. After more than two years' efforts, Ningxia's ecological textile industry demonstration garden is being built.

In February 29th, Xu Guangguo, member of the Standing Committee of the Autonomous Region Party committee and Secretary of the Yinchuan municipal Party committee, came to the demonstration garden project located in Helan County, and investigated the work of the demonstration garden.

He stressed that we should make every effort to plan and construct projects with strategic initiatives, coordinate urban and rural development, and promote the leaping development of local economy.

The demonstration park will take the multicolored and environment-friendly new textile materials as a breakthrough point, and build an environmental protection chemical fiber textile industrial center, which is integrated with petrochemical, coal chemical industry and energy and power industries, and cultivate leading industries such as colored polyester fiber and weaving.

The ecological textile industry system integrating home textile and other industries, specialized clustering and complete industrial chain has gradually formed the unique competitive advantage of the demonstration area.

At the same time, we must vigorously promote the competitive advantage of the textile industry, accelerate the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure in our region, and realize the pformation of the industrial structure from the biased type to the heavy and light industry, and form a new pattern of "heavy" coordinated development of Ningdong energy chemical base and "light" ecological textile demonstration garden.

It is understood that recently, the regional government has signed a cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Huaxin Holding Group on the construction of Ningxia eco textile industry demonstration garden.

In his research, Xu Guangguo pointed out that Helan county should take the construction of the demonstration garden as a major initiative for the two pioneering work and promoting the county and enriching the people. We should pay close attention to the implementation of all the measures, especially the high starting point and high standard compilation plan, highlighting the ecology, environmental protection and modernization. We must adhere to the principle of saving and intensification in the construction.
