At present, only 4-6 enterprises in Dezhou city are still acquiring, receiving 3-5 kilograms a day.
At present, the average cotton reserves of local cotton farmers are around 15%, of which there are more in Xiajin county.
Local lint sales are still slow and prices are falling rapidly.
