My colleagues were called to my home for a meeting. My idea is that since we have to start a business, everyone will work together.
Even if we do not have the idea of starting a business, I have to do it myself and be very firm.
Fortunately, they decided to follow me.
In this very period, mutual recognition played a role, so the more than 10 of us built the Noah wealth management center together.
At that time, my goal was to let everyone have the opportunity to continue working, to be a "small and beautiful" company, thinking that five years later, the company would achieve 1 billion, and the client would do 100. But today we went to the NYSE publicly. This is what I never thought of when I first started my business.
Life is such a coincidence. If I don't meet with the company's layoffs, I will never go out to start a business, because I am the kind of loyal person who has no initiative to jump over the slot.
There is no way to change jobs every time. It's not that I don't want the company, but the company doesn't want me. (laughs)
I have made friends like this. I have enjoyed ten years of pleasure.
Looking back now, in a difficult time, a positive attitude towards life has led me to choose the path of entrepreneurship and innovation. It is the most important or the most correct decision in my life.

It is true that my first boss gave me a positive impact, and later several bosses were honest and enthusiastic people. They had values, bottom line and strong professional skills.

For example, good faith. When I was talking about joint ventures with foreign businessmen when I was talking with foreign businessmen, I came up to talk about several short boards of our company. In fact, life is a closed loop. If you work hard in an industry for thirty years, one day you will suddenly notice that almost everyone in this industry knows that if you do your job well, business will continue.
If we keep changing industries for jobs, though it has gained short-term benefits, it is hard to accumulate.
So I suggest that employees should be cautious when job hopping and choose a job with a mature mindset.
When you have not yet entered a company, you will feel that it is full of aura, and after entering it, it is particularly bad. It is full of problems.
What I want to say is that any company is in the middle zone. It's not as good or bad as it was before you came in. What matters is how the small environment changes because of you.
I am most afraid of complaining employees, complaints are immature performance, it has a strong negative energy.
Instead of complaining, it's not like taking the time to change.
Epiphany four: language is a knife.
When I was young, I was more emotional and more anxious. When I was in a hurry, I would hurt my words.
Language is a knife, everyone will be influenced by other people's language.
If I look back at something now, I may have different ways of speaking.
Now I feel softer and better able to handle things, but it is not easy to do so.
Insight five: "high willingness and low skill" is more worthy of training.
In our team, some are highly skilled, low willing people, for such employees, or training him or breaking up, because he may bring bad mental attitude to the team.
People with high willingness and low skills still deserve to spend time training. They do little harm to the team. They are very active, but not smart.
Of course, the company is not a charity. Performance culture is very important for everyone.
Six of insight: it is not easy to balance happiness and responsibility.
A friend said that life is composed of happiness and responsibility.
When the company is getting bigger and bigger, the happiness of life has not increased, and the sense of responsibility has been enlarged.
If there is no sense of responsibility, you will not be a company. If the company becomes bigger, you will have greater responsibility for people and society.
How to balance the sense of responsibility and happiness has yet to be found.
