In February 24th (2011), the Prime Minister of Viet Nam issued Notice No. 12/2011/QD-TTg relating to the provision of assistance to the development of some cooperative industries, and has been required to take effect since April 15th of this year.


The letter 12/2011/QD-TTg of the front office specifies the investment in Vietnam for machinery manufacturing, electronics, information, assembly and production of automobiles.

Footwear and the joint industry of materials, components, accessories and semi-finished products for the production and assembly of high-tech industries, providing preferential development policies, including encouraging the development of relevant markets, developing industrial infrastructure projects, developing production technology, training manpower and providing information and financial assistance.


Priority approval from investment and

Trade

We should promote the assistance of fund raising funds, give priority to providing Eucalyptus investment land, give priority to the approval of funds for the use of the National Development Fund for science and technology, enjoy preferential treatment of import and export tariffs, and consider applying for loans to the national investment and development fund in accordance with the current provisions.


The Vietnamese Prime Minister also instructed the Ministry of Commerce and industry to be in charge of the Ministry of industry and commerce, and worked with the Ministry of science and technology and other relevant departments to draw up a list of projects to give priority to encouraging the development of Cooperative industrial products, to report to the government for approval and implementation. At the same time, according to the needs of various development periods, a list of the items should be regularly checked and amended and submitted to the government for approval.


In addition, the prime minister also requested the Ministry of Commerce and industry to set up the development cooperation industrial deliberation Committee, which is the deputy director of the Ministry of Commerce and industry. The committee includes representatives from the planning investment department, the Ministry of finance, the Ministry of science and technology, the information pmission department, the Ministry of justice, the Ministry of resources and environmental protection, the central bank and the relevant industrial associations.
