The popularity of cashmere fashion has led to tight supply of local cashmere raw materials. The industry expects that the price of cashmere materials will rise by 15% in 2011, and the price of cashmere fashion will also rise.

Cashmere products, which used to be consumed by the wealthy, have become the popular consumer goods of the French people.

According to the analysis of the industry, the cashmere craze originated from the strategy of low price promotion of cashmere products put forward by large dealers and clothing chain stores, and the continued low temperature in winter also stimulated consumers' pursuit of cashmere fabric clothing.

Michel Huro, deputy general manager of Lafayette mall, expects 300 thousand stores of cashmere fabrics will be sold in the mall in 2010, an increase of 30% compared with the previous year. The growth rate will continue after the launch of the children's wear series in 2011.

Eric Bompard, the French professional cashmere fashion brand, expects to sell more than 500 thousand cashmere sweaters in 2010, and its total sales will reach 65 million euros.

It is understood that more than 85% of the world's cashmere products are produced in Inner Mongolia.

The main export areas of cashmere in China were Scotland and Italy. Local fashion companies knitted cashmere into cashmere sweaters at a price of about 300 euros.

Beginning in the 80s of last century, European countries cut the quota policy of textile products import, prompting "Ai Bang Bang" and so on.

Fashion brands set up subsidiaries in China.

The vertical management mode of "farming, textile and clothing" adopted by Ai Rui bond and Ordos has made the price of expensive raw materials balanced between low production costs.

This has reduced the price of "Ai Bang Bang" cashmere fashion by 2/3.

The company has become one of the pioneers of the popularity of cashmere fashion.

Insiders pointed out that, at present, French consumers can still spend 50~100 euros to buy one.

However, due to the growing demand for cashmere fashion and the tight supply of cashmere materials, businesses like spring department stores are ready to raise sales prices from 2011.

Michel Huro pointed out that there was no problem with the supply of cashmere fabrics in 2010, but the explosive growth of consumer demand prompted the old lord's mall group to start booking the new cashmere produced this spring.

Last autumn, some shopping malls launched cashmere sweaters, which were as low as 39.9 euros in promotional activities.

Ari Bond spokesman said that the promotional price is abnormal, because cashmere has more than ten different quality grades, the price difference between different grades is very large, and the promotion strategy like this will aggravate the competition of cashmere products in the low-end market.
