Since winning the title of "shoe city of Western China" in the past five years, Bishan has built a huge "engine" for the development and growth of China's western footwear capital on the basis of policy support; promoted the construction of the "footwear capital of Western China" with the construction of the shoe capital industrial Park as the core; changed the shoe industry "small, number and weak" as the goal, promoted the upgrading of the footwear industry; focusing on training, improving the overall quality of the footwear industry owners and practitioners; and optimizing the development environment as the breakthrough point, and constantly creating a relaxed and high-quality service environment.
