Known as one of the five leading professional markets in Guangdong, Huadu Shiling (International) leather goods city plans to invest 5 billion yuan to carry out comprehensive upgrading and transformation, so that the market size will be doubled to about 1000000 square meters.
Quan Taiyuan, Secretary of Shiling Town Committee, introduced the renovation of the leather city project, which covers an area of 800 mu, with a total construction area of 50 square meters, and a large comprehensive market in which the leather building mall, the comprehensive wholesale area, the commercial pedestrian street, the Traders Hotel, the underground parking lot, the leather design and Research Center, the large catering center, the leather goods futures trading market and the professional logistics center are integrated.
In the past two years, Shiling leather and leather industry has expanded to 25 square kilometers. It is expected that the market will be increased by nearly 11 billion yuan, with an additional tax of 200 million yuan.
