At the same time, the state has given legal remedies to the applicant for trademark registration, and the application for trademark registration rejected by the applicant for trademark registration may be dismissed for review.

Anyone who has registered a preliminary approval shall issue a notice, and within three months, anyone can raise an objection.

This is not only the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, but also a social supervision of the trademark management organs.

Since the promulgation of the trademark law in 1982, it has been amended two times, and has undergone third amendments since 2003.

An important purpose of this trademark law revision is to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of trademark registrants, facilitate trademark registrants and crack down on trademark infringement.

The principle of good faith should be observed in preventing malicious applications.
