High quality ramie varieties were studied by ramie fiber related gene transformation into molecular marker technology. New grade mutation breeding technology was used to obtain super fineness and high quality ramie fiber with fiber fineness increased from 1800Nm to 2500Nm, and original gum content to 23%. High quality ramie biochemical degumming technology is also optimized. The bio chemical step degumming process is optimized to form a biochemical degumming process at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. The technology solves the problem of degumming uniformity and realizes energy saving and emission reduction. The technology of super high ramie fabric is studied. The key technology of ramie staple spinning special ring spinning compact spinning device, super high ramie fabric weave prevention and thin road device and so on are studied. A series of high-grade ramie fabrics are developed, which effectively improves the elasticity and crease resistance of the conventional ramie fabric and eliminates the itchy feeling. The dyeing and finishing technology of ramie fabric is studied. The special combination dyes for ramie dyeing and finishing, special anti scratching and wrinkle resistant auxiliaries, and special warp shaft dyeing and finishing technology are studied, which significantly improved the prickle and wrinkle resilience properties of ramie fabric. The advanced treatment technology of ramie degumming wastewater is studied, and the special treatment system for its waste water and its matching biological agents are studied, so that the effluent can meet the national level discharge standard.
The average number of products increased from 36Nm to 400Nm. Compared with conventional chemical degumming, the steam consumption of ton refined hemp was reduced by 40%, water consumption was reduced by 26%, COD concentration in degumming wastewater was reduced by 20%, and emissions decreased by 26%.
The subject passed the appraisal of the China Textile Industry Association in 2009. The appraisal opinion indicated that the research results filled the gap in China and the overall technology reached the international leading level.
