1, continuous calculation method, also known as the continuous calculation of service life.

For example, a worker pferred from unit a to unit B, whose working hours in two units a and B should be continuously calculated as continuous working years.

Calculating continuous working age

The following years of staff and workers are calculated.


1., the length of service before and after the enterprise management organs, the administrative pfer of enterprises, the layoffs, the mobilization and laid-off (and the maintenance of labor relations with enterprises) should be calculated continuously.


2. the assignment of domestic and foreign learners through the enterprise management organs and the administrative aspects of enterprises should be continuously calculated during the period of study and before and after the assignment.


3. due to the stoppage or bankruptcy of enterprises, workers who are dispatched to other enterprises by the enterprise management organs shall continue to calculate the length of service before and after dispatching.


4. if the enterprise is pferred, reorganized or merged, the original worker will remain in the enterprise, and the length of service before and after the pfer, reorganization or merger shall be calculated continuously.


5. during the period of medical treatment stopped during the period of disease or non work injury, the worker will be counted as the length of service of the enterprise in less than 6 months. After more than 6 months, the worker will still be returned to the original enterprise worker. Besides the service period over 6 months, the service age of the worker should be calculated as a continuous working age.


6. during the medical treatment period due to occupational injury or occupational disease, the total length of service should be calculated as continuous working age.


7. the number of years of work devoted to revolutionary work and the age of servicemen of revolutionary servicemen before they are pferred to enterprises are calculated as continuous working years; {page_break}


8. apprentices should calculate the length of service of their enterprises during their study period. When the temporary workers and probationary personnel are turned into formal employees, the length of service of their enterprises shall be counted from the date of the last entry into the enterprise.


9. the educated youth who were formerly allocated to the state farms, the workers in the reclamation farms and the town educated young people who were organized by the state to join the countryside during the "Cultural Revolution", and when they left the countryside, farms or rural areas to participate in the work according to policies, their time to participate in labor in farms, farms or rural areas could be combined into the continuous working years after joining the work.


10. the returned overseas Chinese workers shall calculate the continuous working age from the date of entering the enterprise.

If the returned overseas Chinese workers engage in revolutionary work abroad, they must be returned to the country or persecuted to return to work because of their work needs. If reliable proof is reported, the work time taken abroad to participate in the revolution can be counted as a continuous working age.


No calculation of length of service


The time for workers to engage in work in the following situations is not calculated:


1., when a worker has a certain duty in the period of the enemy's puppet regime and the Kuomintang's reactionary rule, such as the head, supervisor, factory police, mine police, etc., who have the act of oppression and exploitation, the officers and men of the Kuomintang army and the officials of the Kuomintang government organs shall not calculate the length of service.


2. during the period of deprivation of political rights, those sentenced to deprivation of political rights do not calculate the length of service.

Deprived of political rights because of counter revolutionary crimes, its continuous working age shall be recalculated from the date of restoration of political rights.
