ABC'S IPO Underwriting Fee Will Be Divided Into &Nbsp, Goldman Sachs Most

ABC Hongkong IPO has raised $10 billion 440 million.

On this basis, the total cost of underwriting is about $140 million 900 thousand, which is $2 million 396 thousand for Goldman Sachs and CICC.


Goldman Sachs is also a stable price manipulator listed by ABC. If it needs to boost the price of ABC in the first 30 days of stock trading, Goldman will have a new opportunity to obtain brokerage fees.


The report says, as Hongkong

The joint global coordinator Morgan Stanley will be divided into 15% underwriting fees; Morgan chase, Deutsche Bank and Macquarie Group each share 13%.

ABC's Nong Yin international will be divided into 12% underwriting fees.
