Biomass Fiber: Leader Of Future Chemical Fiber Industry

Biopolymer Fiber

At present, the global shortage of oil resources has become increasingly restricted. Chemical fiber industry In order to meet the market demand, there must be corresponding alternative resources to meet the needs of production development and consumption growth. Therefore, the economy of renewable and degradable new materials that can replace oil is increasingly apparent. At the same time, the demand for energy conservation and emission reduction and environmental protection has also prompted the chemical fiber industry to pay more attention to environmental protection and reduce energy consumption. The development of green biomass fiber and materials based on biomass engineering technology has become the new trend of leading the development of chemical fiber industry.

Seize opportunity and regenerate biomass fibre Rapid development

With the improvement of people's living standard, consumers' demands for textiles are not only simple and warm, but also environmentally friendly and functional textiles and garments are gradually favored by consumers. Cellulose, represented by cellulose, has won unprecedented opportunities for development because of its excellent properties such as moisture absorption, breathability, comfort and abundant resources.

At present, many kinds of fibers have been developed by using renewable resources at home and abroad. Among them, the most mature technology and the largest dosage are regenerated cellulose fibers, including viscose fiber, high wet modulus viscose fiber, Lyocell fiber, acetate fiber, copper ammonia fiber and so on.

Viscose fiber is the main variety of regenerated cellulose fiber. In 2009, China's capacity has reached 1 million 907 thousand and 200 tons, and the technology level and engineering level are at the advanced level in the world. As viscose fiber production process is long, "three wastes" pollution, old equipment and higher production costs, western developed countries and South Korea and Japan have gradually stopped the production of viscose fiber. At present, the growth of viscose fiber production capacity in the world is mainly concentrated in China.

In our country Biopolymer Fiber Bamboo fibers and hemp fibers are indispensable. Regenerated cellulose produced from bamboo pulp and hemp pulp is a kind of regenerated cellulose fiber developed in China in recent years. At present, Jilin chemical fiber Limited by Share Ltd, Hebei jishajiao Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., Shandong Hailong Limited by Share Ltd, the PLA General Logistics Department Quartermaster Equipment Research Institute and many other enterprises are studying and developing these products.

The appearance of high wet modulus viscose fiber overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary viscose fiber, such as low wet strength and wet modulus and poor dimensional stability. At present, China Dandong chemical fiber group has officially realized the localization of high wet modulus fiber and launched lissai fiber. Shandong Hailong Limited by Share Ltd's newly developed fiber is also an advanced high wet modulus fiber.

The double pressure of environment and cost has seriously hindered the development of viscose fiber. However, the Environmental Friendly Non viscose cellulose fibers such as Lyocell fiber and Novel fiber have attracted the attention of experts at home and abroad. At present, the annual output of Lyocell fiber in the world is more than 120 thousand tons, of which Lenzing is the most important manufacturer. Due to strong demand, Lenzing has announced that it will expand its capacity of 25% in Austria plant. At present, the total capacity of its Lyocell fiber has reached 130 thousand tons / year. South Korea, Japan and Russia also have test lines for small batch production of Lyocell fibers. Many units in China have carried out research and development of Lyocell fiber.

Breakthrough in the key technology of biomass synthetic fiber

Biomass synthetic fiber mainly includes PTT fiber, PLA fiber, PHA series fiber and PBS series fiber.

China Haitian textile, Xiamen Xiang Lu, Fangyuan chemical fiber, Jiangsu central perch technology development company under Sheng Hong banner and Shanghai Guo Xiang textile technology company are also developing and manufacturing PTT fiber with Sorona as raw material. Among them, the Limited by Share Ltd of the Jiangsu perch technology development under Sheng Hong banner has developed PTT memory fiber and microfiber, and now it has started to construct the 100 thousand phase / year PTT spinning project of the two phase.

PLA fiber is a new type of environment-friendly fiber and has broad application prospects. Luo Wen De, chief engineer of China Textile Industry Design Institute predicts that PLA fiber will only replace the market share of PET and PS fiber 5%, and its demand will be greater than 1 million 200 thousand tons / year, and with the expansion of production capacity, prices will also drop. At present, China's Donghua University, South China University of Technology, Shanghai Huayuan, Yizheng chemical fiber and so on are further studying the development of PLA fiber. It is reported that Changshou City Yangtze River Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. has successfully developed a new process of polylactic acid one-step spinning. The annual output of 1000 tons of fiber grade polylactic acid industrialization project, which is jointly designed by China Textile Industry Design Research Institute and Jiangsu DESAY chemical fiber, has also passed the appraisal of the NDRC.

The difficulty in fiber processing of polyhydroxyaliphatic acid esters (PHA) lies in the fact that PHA has the advantages of high brittleness, poor mechanical properties and narrow temperature range. If we can break through the key technology of spinning processing, we will have great improvement in cost control and dyeing properties, and will be the most competitive fiber varieties in the future.

In terms of polybutylene succinate (PBS), Japan's Showa polymer company and Eastman company of USA have achieved industrial production. Their production capacity is 5000 tons / year and 15000 tons / year respectively. China's Nankai University, Tsinghua University and Shanghai Institute of organic chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, have developed PBS and made some achievements.

Cotton Quality Inspection System Reform In The Eyes Of Cotton Inspection Workers At The Grass-Roots Level

The HVI training and training work organized by the Bureau of the Chinese textile industry started at the end of May. Some of them have been engaged in cotton inspection for more than 10 years, and some have just pferred from cotton inspection to HVI equipment maintenance. Some of them have obtained the qualification of registered cotton inspectors. The cotton inspection workers from the grass roots talked with reporters about the cotton quality inspection system reform in their eyes.
