Chen Shujin, vice president of Industry Association, said that in 2010, the textile industry will launch a new round of competition against adjustment and innovation.

In a sense, the road map of innovation and development of major textile industries will determine the overall process of upgrading the textile industry.

Around the specific way of adjusting the structure and changing the way, the China Industrial Daily reporter interviewed the head of the trade associations such as chemical fiber, cotton spinning and industrial textiles.

In their eyes, the strategic blueprint for the future development of their respective industries has been basically painted.

Chemical fiber industry: high tech fiber will become a major industry chain, "going out" is imminent.

"In 2010, China's chemical fiber industry will still be on the rise. There is no need for us to take a pessimistic attitude towards this year."

Zheng Zhiyi, President of the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, said that according to the cyclical law of the development of the chemical fiber industry, after the adjustment of the past two years, the chemical fiber industry should continue to rise this year. At the same time, with the recovery of the world economy and China's economy, the recovery of the chemical fiber industry will be more and more obvious.

Turning to the specific path of pforming the development mode of chemical fiber industry this year, Zheng Zhiyi stressed that eliminating backward production capacity and developing advanced productive forces are the top priority. The ultimate goal is to enhance market competitiveness, especially in creating demand and market.

Among them, eliminating backward production capacity is the first task in the process of structural adjustment of chemical fiber industry.

According to statistics, in 2009, the chemical fiber industry eliminated the most backward production capacity, and eliminated 1 million 372 thousand tons of backward production capacity throughout the year.

"While eliminating backward production capacity, industry investment should take the lead in the field of advanced productive forces."

Zheng Zhiyi frankly said that since last year, especially in the second half of the year, the investment enthusiasm of the chemical fiber industry has been further restored, and the development of advanced productive forces has become the mainstream of the current.

Taking polyester industry as an example, the Nissan capacity of the new projects in the industry is currently 900 tons to 1200 tons, with annual production capacity reaching 300 thousand to 400 thousand tons, and the comprehensive energy consumption level has dropped by 20%, and the comprehensive cost has dropped 15%.

Another great advantage of developing advanced productive forces is constantly optimizing product structure and upgrading.

product

Differential rate.

"In 2009, China's chemical fiber products differential rate increased by 4~5 percentage points over the same period, which has not happened in history."

Zheng Zhiyi said, especially the high-tech fiber development momentum is strong.

With the efforts made in the next two years, the new and high technology fiber can basically achieve the initial scale and initial level, and initially meet the urgent needs of the aviation, aerospace and military industries and the needs of national economic development.

It has been revealed that the chemical fiber association is stepping up the drafting of the "12th Five-Year plan" for the chemical fiber industry. The most important contents include: how to further speed up the healthy, orderly and sustainable development of the high-tech fiber and composite materials industry; how to better promote the industrialization and application of high-tech fiber in China; and how to pform our traditional technology and equipment with high technology.

For the development direction of high-tech fibers in the future, Zheng Zhiyi suggested that enterprises should not only focus on product performance and market application, but also pay attention to patent protection, competitive cost, safety and environmental protection. At the same time, we should set up a platform for scientific and technological service, and increase links with research institutes and enterprises, and choose the key projects, key technologies and key products to take the lead in achieving breakthroughs.

Not only that, the chemical fiber Association will also be responsible for the development of biological manufacturing, biomass fiber and biochemical materials.

In June 20th, the China bioindustry conference concluded by building biotechnology application platform in the field of chemical fiber will further guide the industry to use biochemical technology to pform traditional production processes.

As we all know, China's chemical fiber industry is highly integrated with the international market, including the main raw materials such as spandex almost all rely on imports, external dependence of up to 47%; and China's chemical fiber exports accounted for 40% of the total volume of global chemical fiber trade.

How to improve

market

From the perspective of Zheng Zhiyi's view, if we want to have the right to speak in the international competition and no longer be controlled by others, "going out" is the only way.

"Chemical fiber industry" going out "is not a simple product" going out ", but capital, technology, capacity and engineering strength to go out of the country together.

Zheng Zhiyi said that after this round of structural adjustment in the post crisis era, the chemical fiber industry should link the capital "going out" as a link to drive the output of technology and products. The ultimate goal is to match the status of China's chemical fiber industry in the world's chemical fiber industry with China's comprehensive national strength.

Reporters learned that the chemical fiber association is organizing relevant enterprises to speed up research and formulate a plan to jointly build a chemical fiber textile city with Russia, hoping to make Russia an important strategic fortress for China's chemical fiber industry to "go out" and further realize the entire chemical fiber industry chain "going out".

Cotton textile industry: development driven by innovation driven by quality and efficiency

Although 2009 is an exceptionally difficult year for cotton spinning industry, overall, the whole industry is still showing a positive trend of stabilizing and recovering.

According to statistics, the total sales revenue of the whole industry increased by 10.5% over the same period last year, and the profit increased by 14% compared to the same period last year, and the investment reached 7.9% year-on-year.

"China's cotton textile industry will further recover in 2010, but exports will still be a major problem to test the healthy development of the whole industry, and domestic demand is particularly critical."

Xu Wenying, chairman of the China Cotton Textile Industry Association, looks forward to this year's industry trend. On the one hand, international demand has not really recovered, and the decline of exports will slow down. On the other hand, industry growth is mainly supported by domestic demand, and whether cotton prices can remain stable is also an important uncertainty factor.

Under the situation that all kinds of favorable and unfavorable factors are intertwined, how should we map out the road map of China's cotton spinning industry?

Xu Wenying believes that the cotton spinning industry must be pformed from a quantity oriented economic development mode to a quality oriented development model.

This is because at the end of 2009, China's total cotton production capacity reached 110 million spindles. Such a huge production capacity will inevitably lead to tight demand for cotton, and too much reliance on imported cotton will also have a negative impact.

In line with the Central Committee's request to pform a resource consuming society to a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, the cotton spinning industry has a long way to go.

"This year, the cotton textile association plans to make some big moves in energy saving and emission reduction, such as vigorously promoting the application of energy saving and energy saving equipment."

From the perspective of innovation, the whole industry should take science and technology as the guide and encourage the development of various fiber blending technologies through the promotion of advanced technology and equipment, so as to enhance the added value of fiber products.

Xu Wenying said that this year is the last year of the "11th Five-Year plan" and the first year of the ten year journey towards a textile power. According to the adjustment and revitalization plan of the textile industry, the cotton textile industry will eliminate backward equipment and achieve industrial upgrading.

It is revealed that this year the cotton textile association will strive to complete the draft plan for the 12th Five-Year cotton textile industry development plan. The outline will continue to adhere to innovation as the driving force, actively adjust the industrial structure, vigorously develop new products, and achieve sustainable development of the industry.

According to the adjustment and revitalization plan of textile industry, advantageous enterprises should gradually increase R & D investment, encourage and support advanced technology and equipment, speed up technological pformation and eliminate backward production capacity.

For cotton spinning industry, the development of high quality and high added value products is also the focus of industrial upgrading.

Among them, the development of regenerated cellulose fiber, protein fiber, high technology fiber and a large number of functional and differential synthetic fibers is the mainstream of innovation, while the multi fiber blended yarn and compact spinning fabric are the highlights of the development of high-grade cotton products.

Industrial textiles: revitalization planning gives birth to gold

"Within ten years, China's industrial textiles industry will get greater development."

Zhu Minru, director of China Industrial Textiles Association, is very optimistic about the development prospects of the industry.

His self-confidence is not without reason.

In China's ten major industrial restructuring and revitalization plans, people's livelihood, infrastructure construction and the development of high-end automobiles will provide a rare opportunity for the future development of industrial textiles.

For example, through large-scale infrastructure construction, environmentally friendly textiles, automotive textiles, and new energy related composites will achieve considerable progress.

In recent years, the development of industrial textiles in China is particularly fast.

In 2009, the total volume of industrial textiles in China may exceed 7 million tons, and the growth rate will reach 17%.

It is worth mentioning that the technology of industrial textiles plays an irreplaceable role in the national defense industry.

Astronauts walking out of the cabin has proved that the space suits developed by China have passed the severe test, and the future moon landing plan will further boost the development of industrial textiles to the higher end.

Zhu Minru admitted that in the next two or three years, the development of China's industrial textiles industry will focus on geotextiles and synthetic materials, textile materials for high efficiency and environmental protection filtration, textile materials for medical and health care, textile materials for agriculture, textiles for special decoration, high-performance composite materials and other fields.

By 2011, the gross domestic industrial fiber is expected to reach 800 thousand to 1 million tons, and the proportion of total fiber processing in the whole industry will increase from 15% to 19%.

For example, medical and health textiles are subject to factors such as technological innovation and access standards. Domestic nonwovens disposable surgical gowns, isolating garments and other technologies and products have not yet been independently industrialized, and the domestic market share is less than 10%.

After severe tests of SARS, avian influenza and influenza A (H1N1), China has put forward higher requirements for medical protective textiles.

It is revealed that in order to solve the problem of access threshold, the Industrial Textiles Association is working to strengthen cooperation with relevant departments so as to enable more enterprises to obtain production licenses.

"Because of the energy saving and emission reduction effect, filter textiles will be promising in the low carbon economy era."

Zhu Minru said that from the research and development point of view, the high-performance fiber is the development direction of filter textiles in the future. From the processing technology, composite nonwovens will become the inevitable trend of filtration materials in the future.

In view of the lack of standards, the disunity of classification and the low level of international integration in China's industrial textiles industry, Zhu Min - Ling believes that standard construction is indispensable for innovation to lead industrial development.

In 2010, the industry textile industry will conscientiously strengthen the standard work, and urge more relevant national standards to come out.
