The Ministry of Finance and the national development and Reform Commission have jointly issued a notice to the Ministry of Finance and the national development and Reform Commission on the export of agricultural products to the entry and exit catalogue of the entry and exit inspection and quarantine institutions.

Products are exemption from entry and exit inspection and quarantine fees.

The circular is clear that the entry exit inspection and quarantine fees shall be exempted from the export of live animals, live poultry, aquatic animals and exempt agricultural products, and the entry and exit inspection and quarantine fees shall be charged by half of the other export agricultural products, and the entry and exit inspection and quarantine fees shall be charged to 70% of the export textile and clothing products according to the current collection standard.

Quarantine fee

These include: quality inspection fees collected by the entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions, animal clinical quarantine, plant quarantine and animal and plant products quarantine fees, food and food processing equipment hygiene inspection fees, weight appraisal fees, quantity appraisal fees, packaging utilization appraisal fees, other special inspection items fees, issuing certificates (single) fees, laboratory testing items, fees for identification items, etc.
