To explain what is all electric, first of all, explain what is called hydraulic drive.

The hydraulic driving finger is used to drive the oil pump through the motor. The oil pump drives the hydraulic oil to generate hydraulic energy, and then drives the piston oil cylinder to make various actions.

The whole process is the conversion of electrical energy - hydraulic energy - mechanical energy.

The fully electric means that the servo motor is used as the power source, and different servo motors directly drive such actions as mould adjustment, unlocking mode, rotary die, ejection, extrusion, and lifting of the worktable, which correspond to the hydraulic drive.

The whole process is electrical energy - mechanical energy, no hydraulic oil, that is, no hydraulic energy for intermediate conversion, so there is no heat generated by hydraulic oil friction.

Moreover, because the servo motor output power according to the production state, such as: the longest cooling process occupies the longest cycle, the servo motor has no power output; when extruding, only the motor which controls the extrusion is operated, and the other motors do not make any output.

Therefore, all electric shoe soles will not generate useless work due to idle motor.

To sum up, all electric soles are powered by hydraulic energy conversion and variable energy output, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving.
