It is reported that in order to stabilize the cotton market in Shaanxi province and earnestly safeguard the interests of cotton farmers and cotton spinning enterprises, relevant departments of Shaanxi province are actively implementing the purchase fund of cotton. Under the tight credit fund, the provincial agricultural development bank raised 1 billion yuan to support the acquisition of new cotton by cotton processing enterprises.
In addition to actively raising funds, Shaanxi province also strengthened supervision and management of acquisition and processing links according to law, guiding cotton growers to carry out "four points" for cotton, preventing "three silk" pollution and effectively ensuring cotton quality. At the same time, efforts should be made to upgrade the equipment of cotton processing enterprises. It is expected that more than 50% will be renovated by the end of the year, and all cotton processing equipment will be renovated and renovated next year.
