The Federation of Brazil industries (CNI) believes that the scope of export subsidies for products exporting countries should be expanded. In addition to subsidies from the country of origin to the production, export and pportation of products to Brazil, any subsidy measures in other related economic activities should be regarded as export subsidies to the country of origin.

In addition, CNI believes that the devaluation policy of exporters can also be regarded as a subsidy policy to exporters.

The Pakistani government intends to shorten the investigation cycle of dumping cases: 1, the investigation institutions receive the dumping cases to the time of initiation of dumping investigations, and the assessment time is shortened from an average of 159 days to 41 days; 2, the recognition period of temporary anti-dumping measures will be shortened from an average of 433 days to 108 days; 3, the period of verification will be shortened from 191 days to 126 days.

The above reform proposals will be compiled and drawn up by the Ministry of industry and trade of Brazil and submitted to the Foreign Trade Commission (Camex), which is composed of 7 ministers, before ratification will take effect.
