It is widely used in movies, TV, games, web pages, advertising, printing, animation and other fields. In order to further promote the use of _________D and meet the increasing demand for _________3D training in China, the company has established the "authorized training management center", that is, "NATM", and authorized the center to take full responsibility for the authorized training projects in China.

The authorized training center agreement is formulated by the company for authorization confirmation of ATC in China authorized accreditation training project. All applicants for ATM, ATC and ATC in China's authorized accreditation training program shall comply with all the provisions of this agreement.

I. definition

1. authorized training in China refers to product technology training activities authorized by the company and provided by the company with technical support.

2.ATM ---- authorized training management center is designated by the company to be responsible for authorized training management.

3.ATC---- authorized training center is a company authorized by the company and ATM to conduct product technology training.

4.AEM --- authorized certification examination management center is a management organization authorized by the company to make certification examination plans and propositions.

5.AEC -- authorized certification examination center is an authorized certification examination institution authorized by AEM.

6.Certified 3D Animation Designer refers to the certificate issued to the examinee through the authorized certification examination.

7. the authorized training teacher qualification certificate is a certificate issued by AEM that has authorized training teacher qualification. In the authorized training system, all teachers who are trained in product technology must obtain this certificate.

Two, authorized content

The authorized training qualification is only applicable to a separate training center or training point specified in the agreement. Applicants should not apply this qualification to other training points, and each training point should apply for its own authorized training qualification.

Three, ATC authorization authentication

Rights and interests of 1.ATC

ATM implements a unified management and publicity system for ATC. All ATC data will be displayed on the official website of ATM.

ATM provides technical support to ATC in product skills teaching and training. ATM will supervise the teaching quality of ATC and provide the latest product information and technology to ATC. ATC is facing difficulties in product skills, and can consult ATM. ATM will work together with the company to solve technical problems.

ATM provides ATC with the power to use the Chinese authorized accreditation training center logo on publicity materials, advertisements and other similar materials.

ATM will provide unified training materials, teaching plans and related examination information for ATC.

To ensure the quality of ATC training and teaching, ATM will regularly train new products and technologies for ATC training teachers.

ATM will provide free license plates and authorization certificates for ATC. A certificate is issued for trainees trained by ATC and authorized by the accreditation examination.

2.ATC obligations to perform

In authorized training courses, the training materials, teaching plans, class hours and contents arranged by ATM should be taught in accordance with the specified syllabus.

Each training course should incorporate 10 minutes of universal training in intellectual property rights, namely, genuine software education.

In authorized training courses, each software can only be installed on one computer for legitimate use of software.

The authorized training center should employ at least one certified teacher to teach, and learn new functions in time when the software version is updated.

Quarterly summary report to ATM is provided, and the relevant information on Professor ATC's course subjects, class hours, subjects responsible for the number of teachers and students in this quarter is explained in the report.

After the end of each training course, students are required to take the certification examination.

According to the technological upgrading of the company, teachers are arranged regularly to participate in the technical training organized by Party A.

If you want to continue to get the authorization, Party B shall submit a written application to Party A within one month after the expiration of the authorization, and actively cooperate with Party A for the annual audit. After the examination and approval, Party B can get the authorization of the next year.

3. conditions for obtaining ATC authorization qualification

As ATC, we must have certain teaching conditions. (see the requirements for teaching conditions of authorized accreditation training center).

Fill in the application form of China authorized certification training center in detail and submit all necessary information to ATM.

ATC all authorized certification training teachers must have the authorized training teacher qualification certificate.

ATC should use genuine software in product skills training courses, and provide ATM with purchase invoices for software products used in training courses.

Four. Cost standard

1. annual fee

3000 yuan / year. Party A will issue the authorized plaque and certificate to Party B after receiving the annual fee of Party B for the first year. Thereafter, Party B will submit the annual fee for the next year at the same time with the application of the next year's authorization.

2. educational software fees

Special preferential price for educational users, _________3D Chinese version 9800 yuan / set.

3. authorized certification of teacher qualification examination fees

500 yuan / person time.

4. authorized certification of 3D animation designer examination fee

150 yuan / person, authorized training center can enjoy 80 yuan; if the examination is not passed, the examination fee will not be refunded.

5. authorized certification _________3D training fee

The fee is 1500 yuan -3000 yuan / person. If the training center adds additional training contents and hours, it can be appropriately increased, but it should pass the authorized training in China.

6. teacher training fee

(China) authorized training and examination management center to provide a unified high intensity full-time teacher training. The standard course is 80 hours, which can be extended or shortened according to specific conditions. The charge is 5000 yuan / person.

Five, annual assessment standard

ATM will conduct annual assessment of its annual ATC authorization, and has determined whether to continue to grant its authorization. The criteria are as follows:

1. according to the source of students in ATC area and the ATC distribution in the area, Party B should complete the training volume of people in the year.

2. Party B shall submit business reports to ATM quarterly.

3. Party B should make every effort to ensure the training quality of the authorized certification course. The trainees who are trained by Party B shall be qualified by the authorized 3D animation designer.

Six, limitation of liability

1. when the relevant information of the agreement and agreement is misused, causing direct or indirect losses (including various economic losses, loss of business profits, business losses, business intelligence losses, etc.), the company and ATM shall not be liable for all losses.

2. the company and ATM shall not bear any direct or indirect liability when any problems or losses arise from any transaction triggered by the contents of this agreement.

3. in the course of implementing this agreement, the company and ATM shall not bear any direct or indirect liability and loss if there is a liability loss due to the technical problems and defects of the products.

4. when the above limitation clause is terminated by an authoritative court, if the company and ATM are required to bear the financial responsibility and loss, the company and ATM shall only bear the actual cost of ATC payment to the company and ATM in the training matters covered by this agreement.

Seven. Explanation of right effect

1.ATC shall not divulge the contents of this agreement to others until ATM agrees.

2.ATC is not valid for the assignment or transfer intention of the contents, rights and obligations involved in this agreement.

3. ATM is entitled to terminate this agreement if ATC can not continue to perform this agreement due to natural factors such as force majeure, or economic reasons such as bankruptcy, merger and acquisition.

4. if ATC violates this Agreement and ATM related management regulations, ATM has the right to terminate this agreement.

Eight, other instructions

1. this agreement is made in two copies, each party holding one copy.

2. this Agreement shall come into force on the date of signing and sealing by both parties and shall be valid for one year.
