Applicant: Shanghai mercury Home Textiles Co., Ltd.

Invention (designer): Lin Xiaojian; Shi Qian Feng

Abstract: the invention discloses a method for preparing towels by using Tencel fiber jet vortex spinning. The textile fibers containing Tencel fiber are used as raw materials to produce Tencel yarn by air-jet vortex spinning process, and then processed into towels by weaving and dyeing. In the air jet vortex spinning process, the helix angle of the spiral spun hole is 45 degrees, and the spinning speed is 100-200m/s.

To overcome the shortcomings of Tencel fiber in traditional spinning process, such as many hairiness and soft handle, it solves the problem that towels are hard to use for a long time.

Sovereignty: the method of making towels with Tencel fiber jet vortex spinning. The Tencel yarn is made of textile fibers containing Tencel fiber as raw material and air-jet vortex spinning process, and then processed into towel by textile and dyeing. It is characterized in that the helix angle of the spiral nozzle is 45 degrees and the spinning speed is 100-200m/s in the air-jet spinning process.
